The IRC is devastated to hear that the attack on an apartment block in Dnipro, Ukraine this Saturday cost the lives of over 35 people, leaving dozens more civilians wounded. Our staff and clients in the city are safe, but we cannot provide lifesaving assistance under a barrage of missile attack. Our thoughts are with those impacted by the tragedy.
