Happy birthday @jjjla I love you so so much. The only complaint I have is how loved you are by everyone else so I can’t keep you all to myself. But how could I deny anyone the delight of basking in your radiant light? So I just cherish every blessed moment with you. Here are just a few of my favorite things about you: 1. beautiful. You could be absolutely vile but the visuals would draw me in. 2. very funny. Which is crazy because you’re so hot I can’t imagine when you would’ve had to develop defense-mechanism-level comedy chops. 3. brilliant. You never stop surprising me with your knowledge and insights. And you know all the best words! 4. a humble teacher. Whether it’s the historical relevance of a mansion in NorCal, dermatological breakthroughs, or literally explaining spectrometry you always explain things with nuance and patience. 5. devotion. Even if I do have to share you with the world you always make me feel special and valued. There’s no greater gift to receive than your love and attention.
