Fast-fashion billionaire Amancio Ortega's family office picked up a Philadelphia distribution center in its latest move to diversify its holdings.
The Spanish entrepreneur's real estate group Pontegadea, which is better known for its portfolio of office and retail properties, bought a 1 million-square-foot distribution center in Northeast Philadelphia for $148.1 million.
