We made a REDNECK ICEBATH.. Wim Hof is an idol and what he does with his mind and body is amazing. Ice baths are 15$ or more each time. I wanted to be able to do it daily bc it allows my body to stay recharged after a long day skating. If you do this please remember to unplug it before using.
