Dear friends, As you may have seen, our account was hacked and deleted over the past 5 days. We have worked tirelessly with the @instagram team to recover our account, but alas our content posts, videos and more have been deleted. Please bear with us as we work to rebuild the content we have loved sharing over the last several years.. This was a very sophisticated operation, as we had 2 factor authentication and Instagram restored the account after 24 hours and then the hacker went even further, since his demands of payment were not met. Please know, we (nor any other brand!) will ever ask for money through Instagram. We are a small business who has been grateful every day for the community of followers that we have built and communicate with on Instagram. We were heartbroken to think that a hacker could destroy this in a matter of hours. Thank you to the team @Instagram and to all of you for sticking with us!
