New Years intentions ‘24 edition 🕯️ •this last year (esp the end of the year for my fam) has taught me to think about doing less. Less plans, less busyness, and focusing on priorities only 💯 taking a page from @ryanholiday here •Being more present as a parent and appreciating the everyday more seemingly mundane moments (bc the real lesson here is that they are not, they are the most impt ones) •On the flip side, acknowledging that motherhood is difficult, plain and simple. Carving out moments physically and mentally just for mom is so impt 👍🏻 •On the note of doing less, we moved into our first home, and now, it’s time to go slow. Be thoughtful, stop rushing (this is hard for me!!!) •Letting go, accepting change, less planning, and stop trying to control - let life unfold (easier said I know) •Get inspiration from the ppl you admire - books, documentaries, podcasts - you do you but find them and keep listening and being curious •Have more FUN and keep chasing the things that light you up up up 👋🏻 Leave a ⭐️ if any of this resonates and happy new year!!!
