Mental illness is not a competition ✨ My mental illness does not lessen the seriousness of yours and vice versa. We all have troubles. We all have demons. And we all have our worries. Instead of comparison and competition we should be striving to support one another. We have nothing to prove to someone that you have it worse than them. And also another reminder to anyone, stop telling people suffering from mental illnesses that there are other who have it so much worse. Our mental illness shouldn’t be a ranking system. Our mental illness is valid to ourselves. No one has any word on how you should value yours, fuck them ✨
