The local day of action last week was a true display of people power - a power that can stand up to even the strongest opponents and shift mindsets. Seeing so much of our community speak about the need for police accountability and true community safety was inspiring and energizing. Particularly watching organizers who have been on the ground since 2016 and far before in Tulsa pushing for change was powerful.
