My desire has always been to inspire a new wave of Black & Brown investors, for people to see me and say wow I want to do that too! Venture Capital has always appeared stuffy, it’s finance and the industry is 90% white male investors. It’s not just a lack of diversity in investments, it’s a lack of diversity in investors.
