Ellie! This is Ellie and she wanted me to make note that she is a “Horse Girl” which I understand means that she is enthusiastic about horses and loves them. I’ve also learned that equestrian is also the proper terminology but she really drove home the “Horse Girl” thing? Okay I’ll just try and move on from that with the rest of this, but glad we got it out of the way. Ellie dressed up as worm for halloween. I thought it was Oscar worthy, but we saw a pivot to Dr. Evil with the bald cap because that also made sense. Ellie has asked me to put so much in here that I really can’t it’s sort of remarkable. Ellie has a fearlessness that may come off currently as humorous, but when our backs are against the wall she comes through for the team and can work a busy service without breaking a sweat. Ellie fights through the tougher parts of a brunch service with a smile that’s hard to say no to. She may be one of the best at selling shots so watch out. Or don’t, you should probably get those shots and go ride some horses on the farm...track? Or maybe some place in Greenpoint where Ellie hangs out.
