Passover is right around the corner and that means we’re making brisket! This is the easiest & most delicious recipe that’s been a part of my family Passover traditions for as long as I can remember. I always make sure to shop my local @metroontario for their incredible selection of Kosher for Passover items, they have everything you need for this recipe! 🛒♥️ Ingredients: - 6-8 lb. brisket - 1 can Coca-Cola - 1 cup ketchup - 2 packets onion soup mix - chutney mixture (1 cup apricot jam, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp. chili flakes) Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350° 2. Mix together apricot jam, red wine vinegar, worcestershire & chili flakes and pour over brisket 3. Mix together ketchup, onion soup mix & coke and pour over brisket 4. Cover with foil and cook for 4 hours 5. Baste the brisket halfway through if necessary 6. Slice/carve and enjoy! #passover #passoverbrisket #passoverrecipes #brisket #beefbrisket
