Coming from the small town of Minori, part of the Amalfi Coast (UNESCO World Heritage Site), #Ndunderi are said to be known since the Romans and are traditionally prepared for the patron Saint Trofimena's day (July 13th), but really they're on the tables at every occasion.⠀
Originally made with spelt flour and curdled milk, they're nowadays prepared with #ricotta (in this case I used Buffalo milk ricotta), flour, a bit of Parmigiano, eggs and a hint of nutmeg ✨⠀

Here I served them with zucchini, #stracciatella (yes, burrata's mindblowing filling), chives and a good amount of lemon zest 🍋 to honor the great excellence from the area that beautifully shapes the coast with endless terracing gardens and whose scent permeates the air ✨⠀
