Just another #menopausemonday ... if you are wondering if someone will get the hump if you get them this book ... think again . Every woman in the world will go thru the menopause and women are now in a place where we are realising that knowledge is key at this time in our lives . I felt so powerless , vulnerable, lost and invisible but no woman needs to feel like that . If you know what’s happening you can do something about it ... whether it’s hrt or not ... you are in control and that’s unbelievably important.
