Our team is always here to make life easier, but on one rare occasion, our incredible @doubletree_cedarrapids Team Member, Mubarak El Fadal, took action and saved a life. When a guest, who was being driven back to our property by Mubarak, started experiencing an allergic reaction, Mubarak acted quickly and drove the guest to the nearest hospital. Although the gentlemen insisted he was ok and wanted to return to the hotel, Mubarak helped check him in and comforted him throughout the ordeal until a doctor saw him.
