What would make your lash appointment the most divine experience? 🕊 ✨Now go ahead and create it, add your own magic. ✨Start the client’s appointment with a warm greeting and invite them into your freshly cleaned space. Offer them a fluffy blanket and have comforting music on or a good podcast if that’s the vibe. ✨Remember the little details about their lashes...and their life. If you have trouble remembering, make notes after your appointments of key details to remember. I used to literally keep a journal of client info when I was taking 50 clients a week- to remember the little things about them🫶🏼 ✨Be gentle and comforting throughout the entire service. Remember to spend the entire appointment engaged with your work and your client’s comfort. It really matters. Be attentive to their movements, are they chilly, restless, flinchy? Adjust the appointment accordingly. And please let your clients go potty if they need to😂 ✨When you are finishing up, have a little chat about their life, their aftercare, how they feel their lashes are doing and send them off with their next appointments scheduled. ✨PREBOOKING IS KEY.
