Motherhood taught me a lot about sacrifice. I come from a lineage of strong mothers who had to make tough choices and sacrifices for their children to have better lives. Those sacrifices even included sending their children to other countries for a better life and even leaving the country with children in search of better. My mother and grandmother’s sacrifices shaped the mother I am today and for that, I’m forever grateful🩷 Happy Mother’s Day to all of the women who make sacrifices both big & small each day to ensure our children are better off.
