Replying to @ttppiddm I was on the pill for 12 years! YIKES. Went off when I wasn’t in a relationship, but would go back on to “regulate” my period. If only I knew then what I know now!! The pill is not the solution. Healing yourself is 🧡 I have post-bc cysts, which is common.
