Gelato: your next signature dish! We asked Chef @han_lg to prepare two dishes from the menu at his Michelin-starred @restaurantlabyrinth in Singapore by incorporating gelato and using two different technologies. Thus was born "Chili Crab gelato", an appetizer that reworks the traditional Singaporean dish by creating a gourmet gelato using the crab sauce.
