Happy two years to our debut EP, Layers for yesterday. Lord knows time has changed, we’ve grown, the music has evolved and found new sounds and homes. But my openness, vulnerability and honesty is something I am more proud of than ever. I’ve been writing and recording new stuff and it feels really good. It’s exciting to be writing about falling in love again without having to think about it. But I won’t ever forget how much the writing and release process of this EP, liberated me. So happy two years, Layers. Thank you for everything you’ve been to and for Angus and I. Not in a hurry to release an EP in lockdown again though 🙈 Give it a listen through and then move on to the Four(play) EP for a different kind of liberation 😉🥳
