SELECTING MODELS FOR A PROJECT...✨ I recently did a podcast interview where I chatted about how I select the models for my projects and what I look for. The first thing I look for is to make sure the talent will fit my client’s needs and goal of the project. Editorials can require different things than a lifestyle or branding commercial project. After those requirements are fulfilled I look for diversity, experience and uniqueness. Things like location and all of that also play a role. 😘 I now mostly work with signed models, mother agents and agencies.
