Recently many of my greatest fears have actualized, and I’m so grateful. They’ve beckoned me to show the fck up in an equal and opposite way. Greater embodiment begets opportunity to stand in + hold greater power. Internal power built becomes external power expressed. Stop second guessing yourSelf. You know when an interaction crosses your boundaries. I pray that you hold the courage to speak in that moment. Your NO matters. These moments can be uncomfortable, but your momentary discomfort has the potential to save lives, empower others + emits a ripple effect that extends far beyond your perception. May we rise, Sisters. Save this for a day when you experience an uncomfortable interaction. Use it as fuel for your fire. Send it to your Brothers, your partners, the men in your lives. This needs to stop and I truly believe it’s a matter of awareness. Many men may believe that this is normal behavior, and for some women, maybe it is.
