Color Correction Client wanted to eliminate the warmth while still staying light. There’s two options..: OPTION 1: Add some Babylights and got through the rest of the hair and tone down the warmth while the Babylights process. This will give you a more neutral/ash tone but a darker effect. ITS ONLY A BANDAID. WHEN THE CLIENT COMES BACK, YOU’LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DARK TONE YOU DEPOSITED TO CONTROL WARMTH. OPTION 2: Go heavy blonde to eliminate and control the warmth. Next time she comes in, you can do something partial to create the blend and won’t have to deal with a BANDAID. I always like to plan for future appointments. Creating “BANDAID” appointments will only create problems to future appointments. It’s basically the situation I had to work through because the previous stylist used a dark tone to control the warmth and created a band that was hard to work through. I used nothing but the best!!
