Squat it like it hawt! The biggest thing I see in clients is uneven weight distribution in the foot when it comes to squatting. This will result in discomfort in the knees, hips and potentially lower back. Thinking of your foot as a rectangle, press through all four corners to allow for optimal weight distribution.
