I’m back with a workout!!!!šŸŽ„šŸ‘ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exercises: Squats, dumbbell squat/deadlift, glute bridge(more gentle for lower back than hip thrust), hamstring curls and kickbacks on bench ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As you know by now I have struggled with 2 disc herniations in my lower back and the way back from this injury have been TOUGH... but I’m happy to say that I can now workout with 0 pain and I am so excited to see what results I can achieve further on!!! I hope you guys are ready for more fitness content again because I am!!!šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜
