I feel like calling this my lemon curd cake doesn’t do it justice!! The cake layers are so soft, the lemon curd is bright and tart, and the fluffy, silky smooth lemon SMBC rounds it all out!!🍋 Now I know I’m usually into American buttercream, but SMBC is the perfect way to use up the leftover egg whites from making the lemon curd!!
