❄️❄️DOUBLE DUMP ALERT!❄️❄️ This storm delivered 26-37” of heavy snow, perfect for building the base for our famed, long Mammoth season. There will be pow turns a plenty today – be aware of the dangers that come with deep snow and always ski & ride with your buddy, keeping your buddy in sight at all times. We’re seeing strong winds this morning, especially at Main Lodge and the upper mountain. Our team will work to open lower mountain lifts at all base lodges first, then expand upwards as conditions allow. Avalanche closures are in effect and mitigation work is taking place across the mountain this morning. Another storm is blowing in late tonight and it looks like we’ll see snow straight through to the New Year! Enjoy the clear day because we’ve got a whole lot more snow in our future.
