@jorge_mendez_blake's 'Black Pavillion / Open Library' (2013) is now on view in "Imperios de lo Plural. Selected Works from the Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation Collection" at @mazmuseo in Zapopan. Since its inception in 2002, the Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation (@cifoart) has shaped one of the most extensive and substantial collections of contemporary Latin American art. Including 34 pieces by 30 artists, Imperios de lo Plural brings together artworks that tend to be a challenge to the stereotypes of what is Latin American.
