After a long walk of gathering medicines dancing is always the best way for me to end my walk. Thank you to all of the medicines gifted to us. Thank you to my teachers and those gone before me for the dancing steps I will forever continue and one day pass on. Today wasn’t easy but seeing that sun set reminds me of the red road I am on. I’m not perfect and I will never be but I will pray to remain steady on the road and pray for more of my generation to walk it with us. Today I danced hard without anyone watching. Tears rolled down my face as I thought about life and how quick people are taken from us because of the gravitational pull to dark energies destroying our culture. I cried from learning we are losing more medicine people who have dedicated their entire lives to love and light on earth. My prayers today for our people especially our generation is to contribute to not only the culture but to contribute to your own light and help others see theirs. It’s needed. I danced today like no one was watching because I will always dance like no one is watching because my dance is between me and creator with my ancestors. Today I wanted to share my prayers with social media with intentions to help heal those who witness it. Be kind, be loving, be unapologetic about it and most of all do not enter the world of sickness and destruction of who you are and who we are because you haven’t found your strength yet. Know that when you are truly who are you are strongest.
