Yesterday at midnight, heavy clashes erupted in the west of #Tripoli. As usual refugees and civilians are the first to pay the price A young Eritrean girl got severely wounded by a flying bullet. We reiterate that #Libya is not safe for Refugees. Once again those who carried out this clashes in the civilian areas goes unpunished by the Libyan authorities. We call on the Libyan authorities to immediately arrest these well known militias.
