This vegan apple honey is a sweet and floral alternative to bee honey that can be used in any recipe that calls for honey because it has a similar taste and texture. Ingredients: -2 cups apple juice -2 cups sugar -2 chamomile tea bags -1 lemon Method: In a pot add apple juice and chamomile tea. Boil for 15 mins. Remove tea bags. Add sugar and lemon juice and boil for another 15 mins or until mixture reduces by half. My recommendation is once cooled down store it in a glass airtight jar in the fridge.
