Chicken Roulade with Assorted Vegetables & Bacon Shallot Gravy This dish was inspired by our visit to the Farmers Market!! Chicken Roulade filled with basil, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese, then wrapped in bacon. Assorted roasted vegetables (Swiss chard, cauliflower, mushrooms and tomatoes). Pan Gravy made from bacon drippings, chicken stock and shallots. Garnished with torched onion, edible flowers and herbs from my garden.
