Got to post this one to my grid so y’all don’t forget. This might be my lewk for the 40 under 40 photo shoot. We’ll see! @transqlive creates a liberatory space for queer and trans folks and specifically queer and trans BIPOC folks. It was always needed. Today, I feel an urgency around this gathering of community as a respite from the constant barrage of attacks against our bodies and simple act of existing. We need and deserve spaces like @transqlive @baadbronx @outoffensive @kstheater. I’m grateful to the TQ co-founders @suzie.silver and @fagnelly for inviting me into this magical world and then welcoming the incomparable @hunyrocks who holds it down for Black queer (night)life in PGH. And I’m grateful to each person who attends TQ Live!, participates, and shares their spirit. Thank you! Special shout out to @danamindlbr for all the work you do to make this happen. 📸 @caitlinegreen
