Do you feel energetically spacious to treat seemingly mundane moments like they’re the most spectacular miracle you’ve ever flippin’ SEEN?! I lead my life in the energy of ASTONISHMENT a lot, lol. And sometimes, I feel super out of place, because people look at me like ‘Is this girl for real?’ Lol, YES. The answer is yes. I AM FOR REAL. Life is a flippin’ miracle and so soo so fragile. To awaken each day is. a. blessing. And a gift. A gift that, after losing my (young) parents when I was 29 + 31... I don’t take lightly. Reminder that you don’t beed to wait for some epic tragedy to turn your life into something epically beautiful. Miracles await you NOW. In EVERY moment. That frequency is magic to feel into and makes me feel like I’m on p$ychedelics + ecstacy pretty much all the time. I call it being ‘high on humans’, ‘high on life’. Recently I’ve devoted mySelf to sobriety again, and have 7 weeks off cannabis and 2 weeks without alcohol. Life is so good in a state of immaculate presence. When I’m not trying to hide from, numb, or escape ANY of what I’m feeling. I live you so much, and if you’re reading this, know that you are SO not alone, Love. And that yes, this too shall pass. Know what helps challenge move easier? Feeling it. No sneaky tricks, mantras, oils, crystals, cards or other spiritual tools required. Just you, and that brilliantly intelligent system you have already engrained in the 30 trillion cells of your beautiful body. Mmm.
