Make yourself a batch this weekend in honor of #NationalChickenWingDay today! 🔥🍗 Hot Honey Chinese 5-Spice Wings Marinade: - 3 lbs wings - 2 cups Maple Hill Plain Cream on Top Yogurt - 2 Tbsp Chinese 5 Spice - 1 Tbsp ground dry ginger - 1⁄2 cup soy sauce - Combine and mix the marinade. - Marinade chicken 2+ hours- overnight in a zip lock or covered bowl. Dry rub wings and bake: - 1 bottle of Mike's Hot Honey - 4 tbsp Chinese 5 spice - 2 tbsp ground ginger - 1⁄2 tsp salt - 4 scallions (root and green), sliced Steps: - Preheat oven 400 degrees. - In a large bowl combine Chinese 5 spice, ginger and salt. - Remove wings from marinade and rub the dry rub into the top pf each wing. Note: allow the marinade to stay on the wing, no need pat dry. - Place wings on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. - Bake in the oven 15-18 min, turn/flip the wings. - Bake additional 15-18 min. - Remove wings from oven. - Drizzle the platter with the first layer of honey. - Place and layer wings on serving platter drizzling Mike’s Hot Honey and sliced scallions across each layer of wings with additional drizzle on the side of the platter for extra dipping, if desired.
