So as all of you may know lately I’ve been going thorough life with struggles. Personal, business and etc. it’s been a dossie. Come to find out it’s not just me, but everyone especially other chefs in the food industry. One major disregard is for our mental health, Most saying “it’s just how it is being a chef”. A lot of times just brushing it off and telling others that they “need to get use to it”. I’ve lost more than I was willing to lose with this way of thinking. So what I’m doing for the rest of the month is 50% of my sales are going to be collected and going to San Antonio chefs that need help financially with getting therapy for their mental health. Depending on what I raise I’ll be gifting a group of fellow chefs with sessions to help start their journey on getting a better mind not just for their kitchens but their lives as well. Again this hits personal because myself I’ve just started my journey with getting help I’ve needed for a while now. Going from a pandemic to now what seems to be a epidemic.
