Capoeira - A Love Affair Capoeira has left an indelible mark on my heart. Although it’s been years since I’ve practiced, the movements, the music and energy continue to resonate deeply within me. It’s truly magical! It is so much more than just physical exercise, it’s a form of expression and helped me to dive deeper into my culture. 🇧🇷 I’m so pleased that I was still able to throw some kicks for @difadnyc Capoeira taught me a lot, and now it’s a part of who I am, and I’m so grateful to be able to bring this experience into my @gyrotonic journey, practicing and teaching.
