@dottir_restaurant is back! Lead by Victoria Eliasdottir (@victoriaeliasdottir), Olafurʼs sister and former SOE kitchen member, the restaurant has reopened at the hotel Château Royal Berlin. Together with head chef Elena Müller (@elena._.frieda), they are redefining fine dining with vegetable focused dishes packed with flavour.
