DISTURBING DETAILS: 29-year-old handyman Jonathan Maldonado was charged with sexually assaulting a 51-year-old family friend at her home. The victim told police that her husband had recently passed away, and Maldonado called to check on her and see if she needed help around the house since he'd been a handyman for her husband. According to police, Maldonado is seen speaking to the victim and her responses are slurred and difficult to understand in her condition. Maldonado claimed he felt he needed to record his interaction with the victim to protect himself.
