I really had to pinch myself closing the year of with possibly the most beautiful article about our collective work through @zazi.vintage with the 1100 women involved all around the world. At @vogueindia 🧶🌎🪡 Written by one of my hero’s and absolute thought leader in craft and spirit @behavebandana who wove in Buddhist economics, the stories of women, land and ancestral knowledge and described @zazi.vintage as ‘an example of the proverbial David vs. Goliath paradigm in the fashion industry today’. With most of of female led partners platformed in this article from Tajikistan to the Amazonian rainforest, the eight page Vogue interview celebrates everything I believe fashion can be. A woven story of the dreams of women around the world. I am so honored to be a part of this vision, that isn’t mine but ancient and hopefully can support reweaving of this ancient knowledge into our modern day culture.
