2022!! What a year! I’m so thankful for these life changing moments 🙌🏾✨ 1. My dream came true of making history by being the first indigenous First Nations woman to grace the pages of @si_swimsuit 💕 2. I signed my first book deal with Harper Collins! I will be a published author in 2024! @harpercollinsca 📖 3. My journey of mentoring and coaching Indigenous women in the pageant world continues. I was able to mentor women in the Miss World Org, Miss Universe Org, Miss USA org, Miss America and the Miss Galaxy org. 👑 4. I created my first jewelry collection where 100% of the proceeds went back to the Native Womens Association of Canada. ✨ @hillbergandberk 5. I worked hard and booked many campaigns this year and I still can’t get over seeing myself on billboards across North America. Little Ashley would be so proud! 🥺 6. This summer I received my Blackfoot name in front of my family at Sundance. My name is Naatoyah koyin niimaaki which means Sacred Pipe Woman. 🪶 7. I became an in game host for the Canadian Football League, the National Lacrosse League and the National Hockey League. 🏈🥍🏒 @goelks @saskrush @edmontonoilers 8. I broke glass ceilings and took up space at TSN ❤️ @tsn_official 9. We bought our first home in Saskatchewan where my hubby is coaching the Saskatoon Blades and I’m an ambassador for the @bladeshockeyofficial & @saskrush organizations 💙💚 10. I also filmed a feature film that will be released next spring! I already can’t wait for 2023 ✨
