meal prep with me featuring my new favorite kitchen tool, @NinjaKitchen's Double Oven ✨ #SponsoredByNinja #NinjaDoubleOven #LovinMyDoubleOven as some of you may know, meal prep sundays are a must for me and the Ninja Double Oven has been saving my life (and time)! it comes with the Smart Finish feature that allows you to cook different foods in different functions, times, and temps that finish at the same time. i used the top rapid oven to bake my salmon and broccolini, and the bottom true convection air fryer oven for my sweet potatoes. the best part is that everything came together in less than 30 minutes! recipe below ⬇️ prep wild caught salmon, broccolini, and sweet potatoes and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. set the top oven to bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes and the bottom air fryer at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. i served with a maple tahini dressing (3 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs tahini, 1 tsp maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste). store any leftovers in airtight containers and refrigerate.
