It’s the evening before my 29th- oops I mean 39th birthday. 🎂🎉🥳. I always get a little sentimental on my birthday. I’m grateful for my life , God , my ever expanding faith, my family and friendships, my daughter Lennon, and honestly all the hardships that have grown me along the way. This year has been filled with some of my highest highs and lowest lows and one thing I want to make sure I share with all of you is how deserving of love you are no matter who you are, your accomplishments or the labels you give yourself. Each person reading this is so uniquely special because you’re you. I think for a lot of people too this year has felt like a lot , the world seems heavier than it’s ever been and you find yourself wondering , your place, your purpose , and what you can do. I hope you know, you matter , you’re loved and I encourage you to shine your light to everyone possible because we all need a lot more kindness and compassion every single day. I have my daughter to thank for a lot because she’s made me the strongest, yet most loving version of myself yet . I’ve been stretched and forced to grow in ways I didn’t know I was capable of… and it’s made me want to be the best example possible for her to see. ❤️ Birthdays are a good time to remind yourself how far you’ve come and give yourself grace … My wish for all of you is to be gentler on yourself this year , be proud of overcoming life’s challenges and find peace with where you’re at so you can be grateful for today ❤️Each day is a gift 🎁
