You want to make sure your lowlights are formulated properly to blend the root color and get rid of the line of Re growth. Consider your current tones in the hair and what will need to be added to match the existing root. I did two lowlight formulas + bleach with 10vol After that processed, I did an overall gloss to tone the fresh highlights and the ends.
