Naomi Campbell modelled - thanks to my champion - my career in Paris - launched. Through André, I also met my dear friend, Lee Radziwill. The last time I saw him; at her funeral. We spent that day together. André was everything everyone says about him; elegant, extravagant, exuberant, intelligent. André was funny, we would hoot with laughter.
