When foil pulling became a thing and I started pulling my Mohawk section foils, I would be left with hot roots and foil bleeds and needed to figure out a way to avoid bleach transfer. I pull each foil to ensure an even lift, so I had to figure out how to make this work. That’s when I learned that splitting the hair in between the foils and placing it on the sides allowed me to pull the foils without any issues. Now, I just want to add that this is something that is done quickly and cannot be left on for long periods of time. Also you don’t want to use too much tension when placing the hair down. The Mohawk section is my last section I foil, so it’s the last to come off, meaning I do this right before the hair is ready to be washed Have questions drop them below 👇 Save this for later Lightener used @Redken Pro Flash lift Foils @COLORTRAK #foilhack #haired #blondingtechniques #blonding #foilplacement #blondingspecialist
