Solo travel doesn’t mean boring or lonely travel. Here’s my top tips to make sure you ACE your first solo trip. 1. Get on @airbnb, instead of stays, click the “experiences” tab!! Book a photographer, a cooking class, or at least one activity for each day to get you out of the hotel room. 2. Book a hotel that’s beach front, so on the days you just want to soak up the sun, you can without any anxiety about going off the resort. Plus, you usually meet other tourists near the pool bar. 3. Schedule tours directly with the hotel as well. This is the more expensive option, but the hotel may have activities that aren’t provided on @airbnb. So maybe a half day sailing tour from the hotel in the AM, chill by the beach in the afternoon, and then a party bus experience from @airbnb in the evening.
