New year. 🎊 New FIGS. 🤎 New job? 👀⁣ ⁣ Happy to share that I’ve accepted a new position in Cardiac Acute Care Services & will be starting in just a few weeks! 😍⁣ ⁣ Yup, my "heart" just wouldn’t let me leave the cardiology world (see what I did there? 😉). I’m still going to be working within the same hospital system, just shifting gears from a very subspecialized role on the structural heart team to a now broadened scope of practice and cardiac knowledge as a (still) EXTREMELY new PA. [been officially practicing for only 10 months] 👶🏾🩺⁣ ⁣ In this new role, I’ll be on multiple cardiology service lines including: Electrophysiology (pacemakers/ICDs), Advanced Heart Failure (inotrope therapy/LVADs), Interventional (PCI/STEMI/balloon pumps), and of course general cardiology where I’ll be rounding on inpatients!
