Unfortunately had to see that last tuna bowl twice (IYKYK)
My travel probably looks more like 60/40 than our typical 80/20 rule (eating 80% nutritious foods & 20% whatever we want) and that’s on balanceeee. Sometimes I go through phases where I really let loose on travel and eat 100% whatever I want (lol), but I will give you one tip that I notice helps me reach my goals/ stay on track: make your travel eats a LITTLE bit more like your at home eats. For example: ordering a side of veggies to eat before you eat your pasta or opting for a homemade breakfast while traveling. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it’s always the little changes that will take you far🤍🤍
