(portuguese text in the end) - this month i’m celebrating one year moving from Brazil to LA, one year living in the US. one year that God has been keeping his promise of taking care of me and my future. and so, i got baptized for the second time in my life. yes, second time. but not for the reason why we get ourselves baptized, which is supposed to be made only once in life. i got baptized when i was 12, but felt in my heart to get baptized here in LA as a memory of the promise God had with me that He told me He would bring me to LA, that He would take care of me and that my purpose is in the movie industry. i got baptized again to remember how God had and has taken care of me since alwavs and i’m so excited for more years of his love and grace through my life 🤍 - esse mês vai fazer um ano que me mudei pra los angeles, que estou morando nos EUA. um ano que Deus tem cuidado de mim e do meu futuro. e então, eu me batizei de novo. sim, de novo. mas não pelo motivo de me batizar em si, afinal isso é um ato feito uma vez apenas. eu fui batizada aos 12 anos de idade, mas senti no meu coração de "batizar" de novo apenas pelo ato simbólico da aliança que Deus tem comigo, da promessa de que Ele disse que me levaria até Los Angeles, que cuidaria de mim e que meu chamado era no meio da mídia e da minha carreira como atriz, e fiz isso como uma lembrança de como Deus foi e tem até hoje sido fiel com essa promessa! mal posso esperar pelos anos que virão sendo cuidada pela graça e amor de Jesus 🤍
