low and slow is always the move for oven-baked ribs... pork or beef. my go to is usually 300° for 3+ hours, but for these beef ribs i kept them in for about 4 1⁄2 hours and they were 😚🤌🏼 ingredients: • beef back ribs • olive oil • salt & pepper • paprika • onion powder • garlic powder • rosemary • lemon pepper quick sauce: • leftover beef juices • green onions • minced garlic • soy sauce • olive oil • lemon juice steps: 1. season ribs generously on both sides and wrap tightly in foil 2. bake at 300° for at least 3 hours (the longer for beef ribs, the better — i pulled mine at 4 1⁄2) 3. use the leftover beef juices to whip up a quick sauce 4. pour over ribs and enjoy #lowandslow #ovenbakedribs #beefribsoftiktok #homecooking #easycomfortfood
